CCI Perpignan – Partner Organizations and Companies

The Mediterranean Institute of Studies and Research in Software Engineering and Robotics (IMERIR) has a non-profit status (association law 1901). This association was founded in 1981 and is administered by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Pyrénées-Orientales region in association with its partners:

• The Occitanie regional council (Pyrenees and Mediterranean region) is at the origin of the apprenticeship project; it is the council that finances the training of apprentices
• The General Council of the Pyrénées-Orientales, concerned about the economic development of the Pyrénées-Orientales department and its openness to other regions of France, supports IMERIR by financing its investments
• The Perpignan Méditerranée agglomeration community is very involved in the development of higher education and the hosting of NTIC companies (new information and communication technologies)
• The city hall of Perpignan
• The IMERIR alumni association
• The Occitanie Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a regional CCI and an extended network of 13 territorial CCIs
• The PURPLE CAMPUS apprentice training center which brings together 9 establishments in Occitania and an offer of more than 80 diplomas in 10 professional fields
• The University of Perpignan via Domitia is linked to IMERIR through teaching agreements and joint training projects
• The company PYRESCOM based in Canohès
